Embellish India Tour and Travels provides travel services — tour packages, hotel bookings, vehicle rental and activities. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no courier or postal delivery is involved. This policy explains how our services and your travel documents are delivered.
1. Booking confirmation
After your advance payment is received, we send your booking confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours (usually much sooner) to the email address and mobile number you gave us.
2. Travel documents
Your final itinerary, hotel vouchers, vehicle and driver details and any activity tickets are sent electronically by email and/or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the trip starts, once the full payment is received. For bookings made at short notice, documents are sent as soon as the services are confirmed.
3. Delivery of the service
- Tour packages and hotels: delivered on the travel dates at the hotels and places listed in your itinerary.
- Vehicle rental: the vehicle and driver report at the pick-up point and time given in your confirmation. The driver's name and mobile number are shared with you before the pick-up.
- Activities: delivered at the activity site on the confirmed date and time slot.
4. Payment receipts
A payment confirmation with your payment reference is shown on the screen as soon as an online payment succeeds, and the payment gateway sends its own confirmation to the email address or mobile number you enter. You can check the status of a payment at any time on our Pay Now page using your payment reference.
5. If you have not received your documents
Please check your spam folder, then contact us at 9817486759 or vvbphealthcare@gmail.com and we will resend them immediately.
6. Service area
We operate from 2nd Floor, Bansal Bhawan, Opposite IDBI Bank, The Mall Road, Solan – 173212, Himachal Pradesh and arrange travel across India, mainly in Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Kashmir, Kerala and Goa.
